I'm facing less flow during periods. This is second month I m noticing it. Pls advice what could b d reason. Do I need to go to doctor

I am 28, 5'3, 55 kgs, and sexually active. I get my periods for 4 days. However, the flow is quite alright the 2nd day. But the other days, it isnt that much. Should I be worried? Is there any natural way to increase the flow? Is there any exercise or food?
