My triglycerides is 187 and the blood flow seems to be less. I drink 6 litres of water and go on walk daily and eat portion wise food. Will it come to normal slowly or should I take medicines for making blood flow normal. Pls advise.

This is regarding my wife. She is having less menstrual flow this month. Things were normal last month.
Date is not an issue but flow is less than normal.
She has made some weight loss in the last four months after joining gym and doing both weight training and cardio.
Is this a serious issue?

Less blood flow
