Less period flow
My periods just started yesterday the flow was good yesterday but today there is very less flow. Is it normal? What can I do? This has happened for the first time.. I'm really tensed. Very light brown in colour.

Reasons for less flow during periods could be pregnancy lack of exercise being overweight and pcos deranged thyroid and prolactin levels you can get yourself tested
