High Resistance Flow in Umbilical Artery

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hello, my wife is pregnant 36 w 4 d weight 65.5kg, in growth scan high resistance flow detected in umbilical Artery, and doppers is suggestive of uteroplacentral insufficiency, and said due to this blood flow is low. Seeking advise for delivery can we wait for natural delivery or need to operate asap ? What will be the best for baby's health.? Latest scan report is attched.
