Uterine artery resistance
Hi Experts- My wife is 31st week pregnant and her average bp 130/90. Recent Doppler sonography this has been observed high resistance in flow in left artery but right one is fine. Our Gync advised for bp monitoring twice in a week and started esprin 75 & asked sonography after 4 weeks. Kindly suggest as we are worry about baby. Your words will give us peace of mind. Thanks

Blood pressure recording should be done daily not twice in a week ..If there is Doppler changes she should be given betnesol coverage for enhancing fetal lung maturity..
repeat ultrasound is to be done after 2 weeks...
Keep a strict watch on fetal kick count
