Mean PI - High resistance uterine artery

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Iam in 20 week pregnancy and my anom aly scan done yesterday, doctor told report was normal. Doctor prescribed Ecosprin 150 from 14th week and doctor suggested continue the same. My bp is normal 120/70. My worry is whether any problem with finding of high resistance in left uterine artery and mean pi. Whether this leads to any complications for me, iam very much scared. Doctor told no worries. What to do to overcome this. Any remides. Also pls advise about my anamoly report as attached.
