How to increase my blood flow during my period ? My blood flow is very less during the period . Last month my period skipped so this month the flow is very less.

Just check with your CBC if haemoglobinis less then flow will b less.

Normal blood flow is 5ml-80ml. It varies from person to person. But if you want you can get tested with
1. Serum TSH
2. Serum prolactin
3. USG pelvis
