Coughing blood for 6 months with oxygen saturation 92%, low BP and random glucose 412 is not suitable for online management, even if one review was reassuring.
Please remain under hospital care and inform your treating physician immediately; seek urgent escalation if bleeding increases or you develop breathlessness, chest pain, confusion or worsening weakness.
These readings need repeat vitals, glucose management and review of imaging/hemoptysis causes by your pulmonologist and physician.
