Spitting out blood in morning

Asked for Female, 61 Years

My mother age is 61. From past 2 days she is spitting out blood in morning when she wake up. Blood is thick and had some blood clots. Also this is happing before brushing her teeth. Please advice which doctor should I consult and what is the cause of this? Thanks!!
