Spit up yellow morning

My boyfriend has had yellow spit off and on every morning for months. He passes out constantly and is worried he'll pas s out and not wake back up. He is bipolar so he has panic attacks. I really want to know what this is.

I would advise that your friend is taken to the ER and has further investigations such as a sputum examination to rule out any respiratory disorders or any other underlying causes. It's difficult to give a diagnosis without having the necessary details to do so. I strongly recommend that he be taken to the nearest ER and further investigation are done at the earliest to find the underlying cause
