Blood Flow While Passing Stool
My younger brother is 16 years old and has been experiencing rectal bleeding during bowel movements for the past 7–10 days. The bleeding occurs every time he passes stool and is significant enough to drip into the toilet bowl. He does not complain of any pain while passing stool.
He has no known medical conditions and no previous history of similar issues. Recently, he has mentioned feeling slightly weak, but otherwise has no major symptoms that we are aware of.
There is a family history of hemorrhoids (piles), as our father has suffered from piles and underwent multiple surgeries for the condition.
We are concerned about the cause of the bleeding and would like guidance on:
What could be the possible reasons for painless rectal bleeding in a 16-year-old?
Does this sound like hemorrhoids, or could it indicate another condition?
Are there any tests or examinations that should be done?

As you suspect hemmoroids is the first cause
Low fiber diet can cause constipation which leads to straining while passing stoole which can cause mucosal tear which can lead to bleeding
So better get evaluated by a general surgeon

The presentation is most suggestive of an internal hemorrhoid or a rectal polyp, both of which can cause painless bright red bleeding during bowel movements. However, persistent bleeding significant enough to drip into the toilet bowl for 7–10 days warrants clinical evaluation. A CBC should be done to assess for anemia, and examination including perianal inspection and proctoscopy/anoscopy would be appropriate. If no obvious source is identified, further evaluation by a pediatric surgeon or gastroenterologist may be required. Given the ongoing bleeding and associated weakness, I would advise review within the next few days rather than waiting for spontaneous resolution
