Periods flow
I am 34yrs married woman with single girl child. Not having flow in the periods. It comes on time but very few flow. I tried lots of treatment for this. But nothing happens. And my Amh level is also very low it's 0.1. What I do to get my regular flow back. I am a thyroid patient since from last 9yrs.

It's actually gud that ur flow is less .. excessive bleeding leads to anemia .. if u don't have any other issue , u shud leave it alone .. u can also consult a gynaecologist .. thyroid dysfunction also causes some menstrual abnormality
