Recently Answered Questions on Etoshine

Hi, I work in an IT company and for the past two weeks,  I had pain in my right arm. There was no injury before this. This problem started one day morning when I woke up from my sleep.  This pain was bearable and was most pronounced when I put strain on my arm like lifting heavy objects or riding my bike. I consulted a doctor and she gave me a prescription of Etoshine MR for 5 days for muscle spasms. This did reduce the pain but it did not completely cure the problem. But for the last two days, the pain has become more severe from the right shoulder to the forearm regardless of whether I do any work or not. There is no pain in my neck when I turn my head and there is also no swelling on my right arm. There is no pain in my wrist or fingers. The pain goes away almost completely when I lay back on the bed in my sleeping position. I'm short on cash so I'm trying to solve this problem as quickly as possible. Kindly tell me a solution to this problem as soon as you can.

I did a KFT test as part of routine screening, below are the results Potassium 5.2, Creatinine 1.1, Chloride 98, Phosphorus 5.5, Sodium 140, Calcium 9.8, Vitamin D 20 ng/ml...(No abnormalities in the rest including HBA1C, Urine routine, Iron Studies, Thyroid, USG abdomen) History of taking NSAID(Etoshine 90) regularly due migraine issues...Kindly suggest if it's serious and the next course of action)

My wife aged 58 yrs is suffering from POTT's spine and taking anti TB medicine sch 9 supplied by government since three months.By side effects she is having severe pain and muscles pulling in both legs and thighs and can't sleep overnight.Tab etoshine 90mg ,symbal 20 mg añd gabator NT is taking under consultation with neuro surgeon but little improvement. Is there any other medicine for rapid recovery.MRI report is attached for your reference.

Left shoulder pain now bit ok now severe pain In chest swelling in joint near to throat ribs. Some swelling also. Took one month tiazin 2mg.nervigine. Also  had ibd related arthotitis last year took mtrx 20mg. Then stopped .Since last year same pain took tricot injection it was helpful please help how to get rid of pain Visited Number of doctors . I'm patient of ulcerative colitis moderate under control. Salfazanine had bad  effect  didn't work intake mesacol od1.2g.cab I have etoshine Mr in long run. Hello doctor, I have severe pain in my left foot especially while I press it or if I get up after sitting for a while and in the morning while I wake up. I had visited an Ortho doctor today, he says that I have developed flat foot. An X Ray was taken for both my legs and everything was fine but somehow I'm not very convinced with the treatment. He has given me two medicines to take for one week. 1. ETOSHINE 2. PANTORICH 40 mg He has even suggested some physio and MCP FOOTWEAR. But I was not examined thoroughly except for the fact that he asked me to tip toe once. Can someone suggest if I need to change the doctor or continue his medicines? I haven't started the physio yet. I am havinh intense pain in my ankles for past 6 months. Mostly it is extreme in the morning when I get up and with some stretching and due course of the day goes a bit down. I had chikangunya like symptoms last year in september which got corrected in 1 week. However. When winters started my ankles started to hurt november onwards. I have been taking etoshine 90mg painkiller on and off for some relief and have taken HCQS 200 tablet for a month but it was of not great help. I am doing some yoga as well which is not helping either. Blood work shows uric acid and anti ccp serum to be normal. CRP (c reactive protein) serum was of the chart at 22 and ESR at 53. I was suffering wid severe lower back pain.And den I went to orthopaedic and got my x-ray done.Medicnes prescribed by orthopaedic.Tablet Etoshine MR,Neurobion forte and defza G,I.e,Deflazacort 6mg and Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside and Vitamin B 12.pain history:-Lower back pain since one week.pain aggravates more when I bend in front,change posture while sleeping.relieves only fr 2hrs immediately after taking medicine.pain is radiating on upper back region.It started before 15 days when I was sitting in a wrong posture for long time during my dental clinical postings in college and I felt cramp while riding scooter.

It is observed Neural Foraminal narrowing at L5 S1 in my MRI.  PFA Taking below medicines for 1 week, Could notice little improvement with my symptoms but not able to travel short distance in cab itself. Experiencing a pain if I travel. 1.Lyrica 75 2.Gabapin plus 3.Fourts B 4.Etoshine 90 Along with applying some Dhanwanthri thylam and hot fomentation. How long time does it take to heal from this? Will it cause any further complication? What precautions is needed.

Dear cardiologist Have mild chest pain 1-3 second last different part of chest not at single location in many times a day more than 10times.. sometimes at rest sometimes at work.. Can do running and exercise too.. Done 3 ECG in 8 days all normal 2d echo normal TMT negative..as cardiologist said and didnt prescribed me any medicine except etoshine mr and Gemcal tablet.. Kindly check and give your opinion on report if it's completely normal..i can shift to healthy diet and exercise and lessen my worry.. Hi 27f I have upper back pain just back of breast severe left side since Jan used many medications like pregabalin myoril etoshine many medications but no relief...also I have history of bilateral minimal pleural effusion...hands and legs pain fingers pain on and off ...I also have pcos my query is can I get covishield vaccination with all these pains bcz I don't know the cause of my pains...if I have rheumatoid arthritis though I don't have but in case I have that even than vaccine is safe?or should I get an mri then plan on vaccination?plz reply
