Query regarding kidney parameters NSAID
I did a KFT test as part of routine screening, below are the results Potassium 5.2, Creatinine 1.1, Chloride 98, Phosphorus 5.5, Sodium 140, Calcium 9.8, Vitamin D 20 ng/ml...(No abnormalities in the rest including HBA1C, Urine routine, Iron Studies, Thyroid, USG abdomen) History of taking NSAID(Etoshine 90) regularly due migraine issues...Kindly suggest if it's serious and the next course of action)

Reports are ok but they need monitoring. Repeat potassium, phosphorous and creatinine after 1 week .. Stop talking etoshine. Consider taking plain paracetamol.
