Pain in chest muscle centre moving swell

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Left shoulder pain now bit ok now severe pain In chest swelling in joint near to throat ribs. Some swelling also. Took one month tiazin 2mg.nervigine. Also had ibd related arthotitis last year took mtrx 20mg. Then stopped .Since last year same pain took tricot injection it was helpful please help how to get rid of pain Visited Number of doctors . I'm patient of ulcerative colitis moderate under control. Salfazanine had bad effect didn't work intake mesacol od1.2g.cab I have etoshine Mr in long run. Please help .regards dhruv please tell it timings if required to meet and where
