Shoulder muscle pain
I am having severe shoulder muscle pain and my doctor has prescribed me this medicine. Please see the screenshot. Can you please help me understand why doctor has prescribed to eat ACELOC 300 on first number? Is this correct medicine? I read on internet that it is for ulcers and for GERD and not sure why doctor prescribed this in the first place.
