My wife is 20 week pregnent. Today, she said, she is having very light green urine twice (not everytime she went). She is taking medication one for thyroid, one for gestational diabetes, Depura Cal, one for Iron and Folinal D. Kindly advice if there is something to worry or it is normal during this time of pregnency. Thanks

Hello doctor I am 40 years old male and my weight is 73 kg, i am suffering from pain in my upper back and feel pain in chest bones while breathing deeply. I am taking Depura 60K oral liquid once in week & neurobion 750 mg tablet daily after meal since last 30 days. But not enough relax i found. Kindly suggest me what to do.

My vitamin d level is 37.( first my vitamin d level was 19 i took depura 60k bottle for 8 weeks then it came upto 37) tsh is 3.5 (currently taking euthyrox 25mcg) vitamin b12 is 600 what can i do to increase my vitamin D?

My baby is 2 month old. He feeds both breastmilk and formula from 1st month. Previously his poop colour was yellow and he pooped 3 or 4 times.But from last 3 days he is pooping only once and it is greenish in colour. Is it normal? Absolutely dejected and shocked to let you know that I've been incorrectly giving Depura D3 60000 IU oral solution to my 3 month old son for the past 2 months. The chemist had incorrectly given a stronger solution instead of the regular ones (400 IU) for babies. Got to know about this only after some research. I have immediately stopped given the incorrect 6K IU solution. How do I go about from now? My baby's behaviour is normal. Do I need to start giving the 400 IU drops? Please guide.

Hi, I have earlier been recommended shelcal 500 or shelcal xt tablets and depura( vitamin d) by some doctors I had visited earlier for general supplementation. But these supplements do not contain vitamin k2.Recently I read regarding vitamin k2 and its impact on bone health.Being vegetarian ( except egg sometimes) I wonder how my vitamin k2 requirement is getting filled and advice on getting suppliment with vitamin k2 ?Also does home made paneer has vitamin k2?

My son's (11 years old) vitamin d value is 7 (severe deficiency). Consulted Pediatrician and he prescribed "vitamin d3 Depura oral solution 60000 IU for 12 weeks. But Is this the right dose for 11 years old kid? Isn't it high dose? I take him out in the morning between 9am to 10am regularly (though not every day), not sure why he is deficient in Vitamin d.
