Pain in upper back & chest bones
Hello doctor I am 40 years old male and my weight is 73 kg, i am suffering from pain in my upper back and feel pain in chest bones while breathing deeply. I am taking Depura 60K oral liquid once in week & neurobion 750 mg tablet daily after meal since last 30 days. But not enough relax i found. Kindly suggest me what to do.

Avoid spicy food. & Also alcohol if at all you are taking. Take one tab.RAZO-D. once daily,half hour before breakfast for 10days. Also  tab.PAT-MR . Two times in a day after food for 5days. Atleast half an hour of walking per day.. & 3-4 liters of water. Seems to be gastritis.. from your symptoms... Continue depura & neurobion
