Vitamin d levels
My vitamin d level is 37.( first my vitamin d level was 19 i took depura 60k bottle for 8 weeks then it came upto 37) tsh is 3.5 (currently taking euthyrox 25mcg) vitamin b12 is 600 what can i do to increase my vitamin D?

Continue medicines monthly after consulting doctor who prescribed them in the first place. Natural way of increasing it is to expose your skin to early morning sunlight for 15 mins atleast daily.
