I have suffered from an episode of rapid Heartbeat of 158 and then chest pains yesterday evening . Pulse rate reduced in mins but left side chest pain was there for few hours. It woke me up from sleep once in night then I slept for 4-5 hours. Actually I have been suffering from on and off left side chest pains and rapid heartbeats for last 1 month. I also feel dizziness whenever I stand up from lying. I used to have high blood pressure which is now generally controlled with olimsartan 20 and concor 5 mg. I have had ECG couple of times this month which normal but only told as sinus tachycardia. I also had couple of ECHOs this month also with EF 61% with only Mild TR and Mild PAH 30mm which was not there in other ECHO report. I had a coronary angiography in the month of January which was normal with only myocardial bridge in LAD. Am I still facing heart issues ? Is it angina ? Micro vascular angina? What should I do ?

Hi Doctor, I am 44 years old unmarried man. I am very obese 125kg. Height 5 feet 6 inches. I don't have diabetes or Cholesterol. My BP becomes high at times. I have BP medicine Concor 5mg in morning and Abel40mg at night. I have psyco somatic GERD and I get panic attack. I am taking psychiatric medicine for this condition hence GERD is under control. My question is why for the past many years I get pain in my left side of chest and left arm ? I have consulted Doctors even cardiologist but no proper solution found. I have severe ED problem for the past 1 and half year. No morning wood or erection. I consulted Urologist had Tadafil 5mg but no use. My testestorne is within normal range, prolactin is okay. I think no blood flow to my penis hence no erection. My LDL cholesterol is 33, My HDL cholesterol is 35. My fasting is 97. Is there block in my heart? What is causing this pain in left side chest and left arm? Please reply if you can find out?

I had my stent fixing in Aug end 2021 after a silent attack which I came to know after angio when I had gone to doctor for loose motion. I have been given a list of 8 different medicines of Nexium 40mg, aspirin 100mg, concor 5mg, coveram 5mg, lipitor 80mg, aldactone 25mg, forxiga 5mg, brillianta 90mg and been asked to continue for a year. In November I went for consulting and the check found 52% heart pump recovery in 3 months time. I used to be smoker but stopped after my stent fixing. I have regular habits now, no drinking no party and no late night. I work 9-6 but heavy mental workload. Last 2 month I am having severe cough. My question a) what can I do to stop cough b) I want to reduce/stop these medicines. Pls help. Happy to provide anymore info if required.

I saw 2,3 white hairs at the age of 17 and then it increased to like 10,12 now when I am 18. Some of them are always exposed and everyone can notice them somtimes. Sometimes they are hidden. It's not too much but my family can point them too often nowadays. Though my hair is completely black and only a few are white,but in every part of my head,front,left,right or back,there has to be atleast 1 white hair. Even my friends spot it now,though they are not too much to be seen but the ones that are white keep popping up now and then. My medical history is already very bad at this age:I have high blood pressure from the age of 15 and now I am taking BP meds: Concor COR 2.5 and Myotan CN 40/10. I also have high sugar but not diabetes,it's 100 in fasting. Also my cholesterol levels were high-normal,but doctors said they are ok.I also have L5-S1 disc herniation and degenerative disc disease in my spine.I took root block injection and many medicines. Also have stomach/intestine problems. Help.

Kindly suggest me proper solution for my problem I am suffering since last 7 months. Above all I am in my 6th month of pregnancy, therefore I feel more anxious as I can't take any medicines, but my anxiety started before my pregnancy.At home nobody understands me and there is one common thing I hear everyday is that I do overthinking and I have no problem.I am really unable to avoid my anxiety. I always have shortness of breath and pulse rate is always above 100 to 125.I have severe palpitation and I can hear my pulse almost everytime.I am constantly restless.Cannot sleep at any time of the day except at night. I went to the cardiologist and ECG Echo all are normal.I have anxiety for no reason.After getting up in the morning my palpitation starts after an hour or so and is constant till I sleep.My BP is always normal.I am in so much fear that I feel I may die anytime due to heart attack. Before my pregnancy I was on Concor AM 5 and Nexito plus. Please give my proper guidance.

Hi, I was tested Covid positive and was asymptomatic and recovered. It has been more than 100 days from my Covid positive date. After crossing 90 days I met cardiologist and took ECG, Echo and TMT tests. I used to get flickering sensation in chest from almost one month and for tat I underwent Holter test. All my ECG, Echo and TMT tests were normal. I am attaching my Holter report. Age : 34 yrs Weight : 97 kgs Height : 6 ft Currently on Cardace H5 for BP and Doctor has now advised Concor 2.5mg post Holter test for 3 months. Current problem is I am feeling very tired, light headedness and Chest Pain.Pls advice on Holter report if it's fine or something to worry about.

While working I had burning sensation in chest followed by pain in both arms. Then I take rest and after 2 weeks same thing happens but this time it was bad. So I go to medical and and found some problem in my ECG give me some emergency tablets and send me to cardiologist asap. Cardiologist did angiography and found 90% blockage due to clot they immediately performed angioplasty and put stent. After this everything was normal I was taking rest then suddenly one day I woke up and found my heartbeat was very Rapid I I go to to emergency they did ECG and Eco and found that everything was normal. After that same things start to happens every now and then I visited emergency at least 3-4in 2 months. My heart rate was 140 BPM but Rhythm was normal I have no idea what was happening and now I have anxiety that it will happen again at any moment so I am not doing any activity. Right now I am taking medicines as below.1) concor 2.5 in morning at 10 2) Daplatt CV 20 10 night. 3) nexito plus 10pm.

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am not employed. I am obese 110kg. I am worried about my life. No job, no marriage. I nowadays get chest pain left arm pain, left leg pain, numbness in left face. Whenever I get stressed this happens or if I get angry. I break things at home in anger. I am worried I have angina or heart blockage, I may get heart attack. I am worried I may get cancer. I hate this life want to suicide but fear pain during death. I do health check up regularly. I tested ECG recently. I want to do Angio. I can't do TMT because my heart beat goes up on walking climbing steps upto 170 beat. I am having Concor 2.5mg daily given by Cardiac. I have lots of fear stress. Can't sleep. Daily taking Inzofresh 10mg to sleep. Please help me.

My ecg 2d Echo are normal so is TMT negative at 10 METS. T chl 118 trigly 64 HDL 38 Non HDL 79 LDL 66.32 VLDL 12.83 HDL Ratio 3.06 Cretnine 0.91 Urea 37.52 Sugar F 97 PP 112 HBA1C 5.8 eAG 120 vitamin B12 211 calcium 9.79 . For managing my BP my Cardiologist has advised me Concor AM 5 morning and Telma AM 40/5 Evening.For last one year I am suffering from IBS constipation heavy Bloting. Kindly advise my doc ruled out any cardiac issue asked to seek advise from gastroenterologist. Nocturnal suffocation choking feeling pain in chest are giving sleepless nights and anxiety. Regards

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am 107kg in weight obese and height 5feet 6inches. I have asthma, High BP GERD urticaria for years. Now my stomach is burning mouth ulcers. Chest pain. Chest tightness on doing works asthma. Severe ED. Echocardiogram done in July 2019 report is good. Endoscopy done in January 2019 report is fine. I get high BP on getting angry or stressed. My heart beat goes upto 175bpm on brisk walking. What could be the reason? Cardiac Specialist has given me Concor 5mg medicine, having it from October 19. My HDL is low 35. My Cholesterol under control in the Master check up done in December 19. No Diabetes in December 19 test. Now Corona has stopped me going to Doctor or Lab. Why my erection is poor? Is it heart blockage? Is Angio needed? I am worried. I am depressed due to no job and no marriage whereas I am 42 years old. Very frustrating 😠 Doctor. Help me please!!!🙏
