I am suffering from diabetes, cholestrol, high BP also had pancreatitis last year. Currently on insulin 10+10+26U and other medicines Concor 5mg (twice), Creon 10000(twice),nicardia 20 (once), biomet (once), folci hct (once) and recently had anepisode of brain stroke so my doctor suggested Clopirise a150 and Rosion 20mg. I got Clipilet A150 and Rosuson 20mg as option in online order so need to know that whether I can take this two alternative medicines or not. My doctor is currently out of station so I can't reach him. Please suggest me.

Taking Thyronorm 12.5 mcg since two months. Due to severe tiredness and sleepy feeling repeated TSH and Free T4 TSH 8.02 ( Ref 0.4 -4.2 ) Free T4 1.17 ( Ref.0.89 -1.76). Previously found the Anti Tg Antibody was high and TPO was normal. Having tingling in both palms and foot. Fasting blood sugar is 82 . Taking Concor 5mg for hypertension. Do I require a dose revision or further consultation.

Hi. After recovering from covid palpitations started after 10days. For that advised to continue concor 2.5mg for 2 months tapering dose. Currently taking 1.25mg. Sometimes i feel pain on my center left side of the chest. It is very occasional. Sometimes happens during sleeping, standing or walking. I have consulted cardiologist had done multiple ecg all came negative. Recently done tmt test that also came negative. Cardiologist told may be due to gastric issue so gave me medicine for one month which i continued still pain is there. It comes randomly then goes away. Mostly it is center left side sometimes complete left little towards upper area. I am completely in vein what is this pain. Is it heart related or anything else and everyday going in fear if something will happen. I have attached my test reports.

I am 73 years old..I was diagnoised with hypertension 30 years back At present it is under control with systolic 135 to 150 Diastolc 75 to 90 and heart rate bet 70 to 95.Iam taking following medicines 1. Olmezest beta 50. 1-0-0 2.Concor 5 mg. 0-0-1 3.Atenolol 50mg. 0-0-1 4.Ecosprin 75 mg. 1-0-0 Pl advise whether present medication and bp control are ok and any other suggestions please I am also diabetic with fair control Hba1c of 7 percent I am ready to follow up with you if necsessary

Cheat pain and breathing problems when brisk waking/climbing stairs.ecg,echo,TMT all normal.taking bp medicines for 1 year(Telma 40mg bd & Concor 5 OD).No diabetes and cholesterol.Thyroid also normal.Currently normal BP. History of GERD and Costochondritis. If chest pain starts it lasts for 2 days 3 days(Continuous pain). Normal walking ok upto 10 km per day without breathing problems. Too much anxiety and unable to concentrate on work. Please advise what to do.

Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am obese 107kg weight and height 5feet 6 inches. I have medicine Concor 5mg for high BP and high heart beat on walking climbing steps upto 175bpm. I have medicine for GERD. I have medicine for Asthma. Uriticaria. I have been having ED for the past 8 months. I have urine flow problem for the past 8 months. I reported to a Urologist. Scan was done 5mm kidney stones were found. I was given Dynaperes 0.4mg. In few months I became alright. Now after stopping Dynaperes My Urine flow is not good. Slight Bladder pain. Is it I have to have Dynaperes 0.4mg throughout My Life? I don't know Why ED problem continues till now? Please advise.

I have tinnitus for 5 years and it was very mild that I didn't even notice and done an audiometry test in between that 5 years it was normal. Now from last year I have blood pressure problem it was high for this taking medicine telma 40 and concor 2.5 now the pressure is ok. For some days to month I have facing problems like 1. Tingling and pain in hand and leg. 2. Sometimes dizziness even one day feeled heavy dizzy. 3. Vomiting sensation sometime when working out. 4. Back pain sometimes. 5. Eye problem. 6. Tinnitus getting a little worse. Become like pulsatile tinnitus. Can you please explain the situation? I am very much scared.

I m suffering from high bp since 5years, I was taking repace 25. my bp was normal 120-80. since last 7 months I m having high pulse rate (120)along with bp. My Dr gave me concor 2.5mg,now my pulse is normal but bp is high,.now he has prescribed repace25 (for bp ) in morning and Dilzem CD 90 (  for high pulse) in evening . plz advice me, I m also a patient of normal asthama , my ecg,echo and tmt shows normal

I am having high diabetes fasting 183 and pp 424. My doctor have suggested me to take jalra m twice daily and azulix 2mf 1.5 daily. I am also suffering from hypertension tension (140/90 today's bp). I am taking ctd 6.25,arkamin in the morning & concor cor 1.25 & cilacar 5 in the afternoon and 1 arkamin in the night. I am also taking febustat 40 for uric acid. Also taking Orofet xt. Taking thyronorm 50mcg for thyroid. I want to know about my diet. What can I eat so my diabetes remain within range!

I am getting panic attacks, I have rapid heart rate and my blood pressure shoot to 190 and 200. I am taking (Exforge 5/80) and (Concor 5.0) for blood pressure and (Seroxat CR Tab 12.5mg) for anxiety Panic Attacks. My Panic Attacks are coming by one by one right after each other which making my blood pressure more high, about (200/120) 200 upside and 120 down side. I fell like i am going to die I had cold hands and shaking body during these attacks. I really appreciate your suggestion.
