Worried, fear, hate life
Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old unmarried man. I am not employed. I am obese 110kg. I am worried about my life. No job, no marriage. I nowadays get chest pain left arm pain, left leg pain, numbness in left face. Whenever I get stressed this happens or if I get angry. I break things at home in anger. I am worried I have angina or heart blockage, I may get heart attack. I am worried I may get cancer. I hate this life want to suicide but fear pain during death. I do health check up regularly. I tested ECG recently. I want to do Angio. I can't do TMT because my heart beat goes up on walking climbing steps upto 170 beat. I am having Concor 2.5mg daily given by Cardiac. I have lots of fear stress. Can't sleep. Daily taking Inzofresh 10mg to sleep. Please help me.
