I used only one day, I got severe sweating and acidity problem. Then I stopped it. I have Tachycardia problem last one year and using Concor 1.25mg daily in the morning. I don't have BP, Sugar, thyroid. I drink alcohol regularly 4pegs. Pl advice

Gud Evening Doctors,one month back I have chest pain most of the day than it leads to pain near left hand shoulder and left hand...Done general checkup,BP is high 160/100 ,ECG and 2D echo was normal sugar is normal and found that high triglycerides is high ,uric acid 8.80high,fatty liver, to maintain diet plan, for 3 months. (( 3 weeks taken tablets : pregaba NT , concor 5 mg,telma 40,febustat40))  and followed by diet with nil salt and walking …AFTER 10DAYS BP IS NORMAL 120/80. My father and grandfather have heart attacks history. present  im using tabs: TELMA 40,CONCOR 5MG Can I stop tab telma 40 and concor 5mg my BP is NORMAL nowdayz Still my left hand shoulder and chest pain is there please advice doctor iam confused… Im uploading my reports also plz check.

From Morning having chest tightness and discomfort. Already I am taking concor 10mg twice a day. Did TMT during Dec-25 (normal). Did holter study which showed PVC. today took an ECG is it mentioning towards any serious cardiac event. In the observation they have mentioned as possible anterseptal MI. I am a 35-year-old male. I took Amlong 5 mg and Concor 2.5 mg today morning for BP. My current BP is around 117/79. I already consumed about 60–70 ml alcohol diluted with water. I want to know if it is safe to drink more or should I stop now. I have no other major health issues

Hi my bp I am checking it's coming in normal range no bp problem now 4 days before my bp was 134/90  and before one day is normal but I started taking medicine to control pulse rate concor 1.25  from that day when my bp comes this High  and daily I check my bp from that day it's coming normal in normal range and in morning before  taking medicine check on third day that time normal does actually I have bp problem or not i am confused right now

Is Amlodipine /CCBs are not given in people with Aortic dilatation. I am taking Amlodipine+Bisoprolol combination . Ascending Aorta is 4.9 cms one year back. Concor AM 5 was given by cardiologist after Echo test one year back. While visiting a physician for bp check told me to take a second opinion regarding current medication. I have uneasy feeling in my right leg under knee area speacially around calf and feet joint. It is not pain , it is dull feels like weakness but not exactly weakness, I can not describe it, It has no pattern or timing besides it feels more when I am doing no work and when I take a long walk that also not everytime, sometime during work stress it increases. I get clammy palms on and off. I have a problem of rapid heartbeats I take concor for that. I have chest pain left hand side yesterday so I went for emergency my ECG, Trop I and 2 D Echo were normal and I was discharged. Today I don't feel chest pain but I still feel stomach discomfort and as if I want to pass stool and also clammy hands. Is this still be a cause of cardiac issue.

I had ECGs and trop I in the morning but since then I am having chest pain, rapid pulse and headache while walking (not even brisk) when I take rest I feel okay. And My HR is normal. I take concor 2.5 mg. Previously I had coronary angiography 5-6 months back which was normal except myocardial bridge. Am I having angina or heart attack ? I have attached my today's ECG.

Resting pulse is around 90-95 when i stand up the heart rate on oximeter goes up to 135 sometimes and then suddenly after a few seconds dips to 60s gets up to 105 within few seconds. Usually happens in morning and doesn't happen after i take beta blocker. Blood work, 2d echo, stress test all ok. On Concor cor 1.25 for anxiety. What could be the reason for sudden fall in heart rate? Kindly help
