Hello. I have had symptoms of Mixed Anxiety and Depressive Disorder for years now. I solved my heart's constant misdiagnosis after finally getting diagnosed with Brugada Syndrome after constant symptoms. At the same time bisoprolol manages POTS symptoms. However, the depression was always there. I have been prescribed Daxid 25mg( Sertraline Tablets I.P). Will it interact with my already existing condition and medication(Concor cor 2.5mg once after breakfast and Nervihenz for b12 in the afternoon). Thank you.

On getting up in morning-Resting pulse around 90s. On standing up the pulse goes up to 135 with palpitations and then suddenly in 3seconds drops to 65 and gradually comes back to 110 in 3 seconds. I have a problem of rapid heartbeats for which I take concor 5 mg it usually stays 70-80 but when I get a rapid heartbeat episode it goes around 150-160 and whenever I went to ER the heart reduces to 120-130 they always say sinus tachycardia in my ECG. But recently a doctor said sinus tachycardia is only around 110-120 and HR of 150-160 may be PSVT. Can't a sinus tachycardia be around 150-160 and if this is PSVT whether is it life threatening?

In my whole blood test report Below two are showing higher than the reference. My RBC is 5.03 against ref 3.8-4.8 My Renal phosphorus is 5 against ref 2.5-4.5. My cholesterol is 123. How can I bring them both to normal Is there any issues with my kidney because phosphorus is higher? Creatine, urea, uric are normal. Pls advise. I take Concor 5 AM and temla 20mg for my BP.

I have done all BLOOD TEST... 2D ECHO ... 2 TIMES ECG AND XRAY all reports are normal still some time I feel pain in left side and tightness on the upper side of chest for 15 to 20 min every day I am totally fed up of this from last 3 Months please help what can be the problem I had consulted cardiologist he said everything thing normal and gave me CONCOR COR 1.25 tablet ... Hi, I am 31 years with High BP. I take concor 5mg. Recently i am having constipation problem. Yesterday i didnt poop properly and today when i pooped, my stool was pencil thin. Second time also same. Third time it was little better. I didnt have any stomach pain or blood in stool. Can i take fibre supplement. If yes which one pls. Thanks in advance.

My BP is 130/110 . Checked at clinic today due to unusual breathlessness . Taking Cilacar+Telmi (10/40), morning and Concor 1.25 at night. Feeling tightness in lower teeth side. One week back Thyroxine dose was increased to 88mcg from 75 mcg. Could this discomnort be due to that?

Hi Doctor, I am 44 years old unmarried man. My Diastolic number is high. I am having high BP medicine Concor 5mg. I am 120kg in weight and 5feet 6inch height. My resting heart beat increases to 105 and brisk walk heart beat increases to 180. Why my Diastolic number is high BP reading. It is 98, 94, or 88??? Please answer.

Hi for the past two days am getting episodic severe vertigo and during that time am not able to focus on anything. Have twitching or pins and needles sensation also along with ear pain. Went to ENt doctor yesterday. Ear drums are good no issue with ear. Asked me to take sibelium5mg in night for migraine issue.
