What’s your age ? Any other illness like diabetes, hypertension, thyroid or heart disease? Any previous similar episodes? Any history of one sided headaches, vomits with headache, poor sleep or intolerance to sound and light ? Only vertigo or balance issues also? Your MRI and CT reports are normal , but your headache and vertigo needs proper history for proper diagnosis
