Please consult with your  Physician who is treating you. The dose of your medicine needs to be adjusted.  You may need additional medicines and few investigations. You are 120 Kg with a height of 167 cm . At the best your weight should be 70 kg. So you can imagine how difficult it is for any Doctor to control your BP.
