ED, High BP and Heart beat increase

Dear Doctor, I am 43 years old unmarried man. I am obese 120kg weight and 5feet 7inch height. For the past 1 year I have severe Erectile Dysfunction. I get high BP on climbing stairs or walking. My resting heart beat is 102. On walking or climbing stairs it goes upto 180 to 125. Cardiologist gave me Concor 5mg medicine. On having it BP comes under control and heart beat is within range. Concor 5mg causes ED problem. It is beta blocker. Please suggest BP and Heart beat controlling medicine which is Penis friendly. Urologist has given me Tadafil 5mg for ED but ED problem continues despite having Tadafil.

Shortness of breathe with betablocker

Hi I am currently under concor 2.5mg medication for high palpitation, anxiety, heart rate and bp at 130/80 or occassional 140/90. But i am feeling shortness in breathing. Feel it heavy in chest and slight pain also there. I consulted a pumonologist doctor and he gave me pulmoclear( acebrophylline and acetylcysteine) + bilastine 20mg tablet. My question is can I take it with betablocker. I forgot if I mentioned about concor tablet or not. So confusing. Note: ecg, echo and holter was normal during june test. I have low vitamin d3 and b12 levels.

Feeling like breathless

In may my heart rate went upto 140 around, because of some stressful situations, so i went to doctor to consult. He did ECG and echo, and blood tests and all were fine. Then he suggested me concor 2.5 mg but because of this medicine my bp was going on lower side, then he prescribed covabrad 5mg but i was feeling like breathless after taking this, so i stopped this. Now since 1 month my heart rate is in normal range, but i sometimes feel like breathless. What to do? Is it due to anxiety? Or something else?

Blood Pressure Target

Due to dilation  of Aortic Root and Ascending Aorta ( 4.8 cms ) I was told by Cardiologist to measure bp once in two weeks and if Systolic above 130 consistently to see him. My BP now is 130/100. He did not mention about diastolic pressure. Is this an issue or can the diastolic value be ignored if Systolic is normal. Taking Concor AM 5mg.
