Palpitation
Hello, Since less than 1 year especially when corona was spreaded i felt some fears and suddenly i became sad and feel i will die till now i have this fear... After a while i had some panic attacks each day my heart was beating so fast and my BP waw 13/9. I went to a doctor my ecg and eco was normal and after a while i went again to doctor and he put.me a holter for 24 H and it was normal too. All bood test were good to. So he told me that your heart is good the issue seems that you are too stress and he prescribed concor cor 1.25mg for 1 month... my question here is is a concor.a treatment ? Or after a quit the concor 1.25mg  the palpitation will.come back ? Do you think it.cames from.too much stess ? Whats your recommendation?

Concor cor is only a symptomatic treatment for your palpitations. It will only reduce your palpitations it won't treat the root cause which is anxiety in your case. Unless you treat anxiety your palpitations will recur after stopping concor cor. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist

It is stress related palpitations Do meditation & exercise You can stop concor 1.25 Palpitations will not come
