  4. Hypertension. Discomnort be due to that?

My BP is 130/110 . Checked at clinic today due to unusual breathlessness . Taking Cilacar+Telmi (10/40), morning and Concor 1.25 at night. Feeling tightness in lower teeth side. One week back Thyroxine dose was increased to 88mcg from 75 mcg. Could this discomnort be due to that?

Please get Echo and Treadmill test. The lower jaw pain and breathlessness were not due to thyroxine dose increase.
