Hi Doctor, I am 44 years old unmarried man. My Diastolic number is high. I am having high BP medicine Concor 5mg. I am 120kg in weight and 5feet 6inch height. My resting heart beat increases to 105 and brisk walk heart beat increases to 180. Why my Diastolic number is high BP reading. It is 98, 94, or 88??? Please answer.

Hello. Why i always feel im getting heart attack? I did 4-5 times ecg 2 eco and they are fine. and im on concor cor 1.25 mg but still sometimes while driving or in crowd place some feeling will come to me my body get warm and my heart race and for 1-2 hours i feel sad and my hand is on my heart and my mind is thinking am sick or die

Hi for the past two days am getting episodic severe vertigo and during that time am not able to focus on anything. Have twitching or pins and needles sensation also along with ear pain. Went to ENt doctor yesterday. Ear drums are good no issue with ear. Asked me to take sibelium5mg in night for migraine issue. I am already taking concor 2.5 for palpitation and esomeprazole for ulcer. Again i had severe vertigo today. Can someone please help is it related to brain. The blood pressure is uncontrolled for the past 6 months. It is ranging from 150-180/ 85-100 in morning and daytime. And at night it is normal. All lab tests are done and reports are fine. Please advice me medication to treat high bp. Currently taking concor 5 once in day, Aritel LN 80 twice a day for past one month. No improvement seen. Please advise.

Hello doctor I read your suggestion .my further detail .my weight is 75 kg.my right effected polio. It means not to extra walk specially brisk walk.my stomach is also trouble .recently I take bp medicine in regular base Avsar 160/10 in morning and Concor 5 mg in evening. I checked bp in regular base at night .if bp better I avoid night tablet .

Patient female, age-57 it was the problem for last week - chest congestion, short breating, one skip beat after every five or 6 beat, after taking concor cor 2.5 pulse rate reduced 62-65 , little drowsiness in morning but no vomiting , no headache other medicine nexito plus( she has anxiety disorder)

I have been taking bp medication for 2 months now. concor cor 2.5mg 1 tab every morning. My last bp reading was 130/90 taken 2 months ago after which the doctor said i need to continue bp medication for life. I feel better too after I started the medicines. But sometimes i feel my bp goes too low and I feel dizzy.Also, off late i feel there is too much salt in any food i eat v/s other people who eat the same food and find the salt to be normal. what should I do?

Hello sir I have had hypertension ranging from 170/110 to 160/110 since about three months and I approached ahealth centre and monitord bp for 1 week but still bp same range. before I take any medication I tried to change my lifestyle and I started doing exercises and eating healthy food for about 1 month but unfortunately nothing changed at last I decided to start treatment .my physician prescribed me lisinopril 5mg and i used the medication for about two weeks then one of my friends from another country discussed my problem with a doctor in his country and prescribed another medication Concor 5 milligrams. I started using the new medication for about one month and my bp became normal. then I stopped using the medication for about one month . During that time mystolic was between 120-140 while my diastolic was always above 100 . Now i startes using concor again My questions are 1which mediation is the best ? 2can i give up using medication one day? 3what advice would u give?

Gud Evening Doctors,one month back I have chest pain most of the day than it leads to pain near left hand shoulder and left hand...Done general checkup,BP is high 160/100 ,ECG and 2D echo was normal sugar is normal and found that high triglycerides is high ,uric acid 8.80high,fatty liver, to maintain diet plan, for 3 months. (( 3 weeks taken tablets : pregaba NT , concor 5 mg,telma 40,febustat40))  and followed by diet with nil salt and walking …AFTER 10DAYS BP IS NORMAL 120/80. My father and grandfather have heart attacks history. present  im using tabs: TELMA 40,CONCOR 5MG Can I stop tab telma 40 and concor 5mg my BP is NORMAL nowdayz Still my left hand shoulder and chest pain is there please advice doctor iam confused… Im uploading my reports also plz check.

I'm taking Nexito 5 for anxiety and depression issue from last 1 month. Dr advised me to take 1/2 of the tablet daily at bedtime. Last night I woke up with a feeling of Acidity and heartburn. I could not understand what to do. I have taken antacid. But it's nearly 20 hours past I am still feeling heartburn and stomach burning. What to do?
