I experienced a stroke at the age of 23 and have been taking Atorfit CV10, Clonotril 0.5mg, and Homin medications for the past seven years. I've been dealing with migraines for some time and have tried Saridon and other remedies. Recently, a doctor prescribed Napra D 500 and Sibellum 10mg, but I'm still experiencing migraines and sensations of 'steam' in my brain. Any advice on how to manage these symptoms effectively? My BP seems normal.

Hello I feel chest pain at the centre and the left arm heaviness and bicep pain, and the mid back pain(no sweating no other symptoms) Taking medicines pexep cr 12.5mg and clonotril 0.25mg I have gone for ecg 7/8tjmes it came normal But still I feel such pains specially after having non vegetarian food or any other kind of stress How can I know it's only anxiety or panic attack and not any cardiac issue this particular time

I've been dealing with anxiety for a year now which has caused me acidity issues and frequent heart palpitations, disturbed sleep, fatigue body weakness etc. After consulting a gastroenterologist to check my acidity issues, he ruled out any major stomach issues and has given me medication for anxiety for 4 weeks. Clonotril 0.5mg once every night. Sometimes during the day I have heart palpitations, how can I manage my anxiety. Can someone suggest a good therapist/psychologist in Bangalore? Thank you.

Please suggest best practice treatment for deep sleep without nightmares or night terrors. I've tried several antidepressants, mood stabilisers, and propranolol 20 mg. Even clonotril 0.5 mg. And exercise and therapy doesn't work either. None of these have worked, except when it's something new for the first week or so. At least something which I can take 2-3 times a week for guaranteed undisturbed sleep. Thanks

My brother is 13 years old he is having uncontrollable body movement from last 20 days he is not eating and drinking anything he keeps food in mouth for long hours he is not able to swallow it he keeps his eyes closed he is not speaking. I have been using tb medication since 3 mnths and now when im eating food im feeling full even with little amount of food and feel like the food is stuck or felt like gng down slowly and sometimes the bleching happens with water coming up ... I have been given some medicines for it ...seemed to work but again im feeling the same kind of thing ..can you suggest me any thing or any medications? I m suffering from GAD last one month will start treatment and meditation now first one month will be better to take medicine for one month . Dr say medicine wil stop after one month will be improved myself after a 2week again same problem i am. With one instance i start building stories especially in deity.. i dono how to come out of it. They r irritating such . I couldnt explain. For example i didnot wished or prayed . I have been to NIMS hyderabad for diagnosing the nerve problem with my right hand. All my reports, EEG, EMG, MRI of neck and brain are fine. Doctor has advised for NVD . Can you please advise what is meant by NVD ? Is this a test or therapy ? They have prescribed me Clonotril 0.25 mg , felicity- OD and Meaxon plus injection. Please help in knowing what is NVD stand for ?
