Hi.. Consult a cardiologist and get ECHO done. If your cardiac ECHO is normal, then it is more likely bcoz of ur mental stress. Following that u may consult a psychiatrist.

You need a detailed evaluation. Treadmill test and Echo or cardio consultation will do but medications also need to be optimised.
Next Steps
consult

Consult a Cardiologist: Even if your ECG results were normal, it might be beneficial to consult a cardiologist. They can conduct further tests like a stress test or an ambulatory ECG (Holter monitor) to monitor your heart activity over a period of time. Discuss Your Symptoms with a Healthcare Provider: Make sure to describe your symptoms in detail to your healthcare provider. They can assess your overall health, consider your medical history, and conduct necessary tests to differentiate between cardiac issues and anxiety-related symptoms. Consider Lifestyle Changes: Regardless of the cause, certain lifestyle changes can help manage both anxiety and heart health. This includes regular exercise, a balanced diet, avoiding excessive caffeine and alcohol, and managing stress through relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation. Monitor Triggers: You mentioned that you experience these symptoms after consuming non-vegetarian food or during times of stress. Keeping a diary of your symptoms and potential triggers could help you and your healthcare provider identify patterns. Therapy and Medication: If your symptoms are related to anxiety or panic attacks, therapy (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy) and medication adjustments might be beneficial. Discuss your concerns with a mental health professional, who can provide appropriate guidance and support.
Next Steps
Remember, it's crucial to work closely with your healthcare provider to determine the cause of your symptoms. Only a healthcare professional who has access to your complete medical history and can conduct a physical examination can provide a definitive diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Hi there, it seems you are already on medications for your symptoms however they aren't completely controlled at the given doses. Since, you have had evaluations earlier and they have turned out to be normal it seems less likely to be a cardiac issue unless there are some other risk factors like obesity or genetic predisposition. Also, anxiety symptoms like you mentioned can get aggravated during the times of stress however can be well managed on medications as well as relaxation techniques.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for optimization of medicine dosages.
