Anxiety issues
I've been dealing with anxiety for a year now which has caused me acidity issues and frequent heart palpitations, disturbed sleep, fatigue body weakness etc. After consulting a gastroenterologist to check my acidity issues, he ruled out any major stomach issues and has given me medication for anxiety for 4 weeks. Clonotril 0.5mg once every night. Sometimes during the day I have heart palpitations, how can I manage my anxiety. Can someone suggest a good therapist/psychologist in Bangalore? Thank you.

If you want to see a psychologist, you can visit NIMHANS, but as I can see you're only taking benzodiazepines, that will give you only symptomatic relief and as long as it's levels decrease in blood, you'll be the same. You need a well decided long term treatment plan for this. Kindly consult for detailed evaluation so that a proper treatment plan can be decided for you.
