Hello, My baby boy is six months old...my pediatrics prescribed Calshine P drops and macalvit plus syrup Is there any difference between these medicines Or both are same .?..I'm giving my baby Calshine P drops which is vitamin D3 drop... Should I start giving Macalvit plus along with calshine P?

My baby girl is 4.5 months old and doctor prescribed osto polybion 2.5 ml 1-0-1 for 6 months and calshine p 0-1-0 for 1 year and can I put drops together if missed and can I put calshine p drops if skipped in afternoon?
