My baby having cold n fever since yesterday.. Doctor has prescribed mental p onceband wicoryl 3 times also fexagon twice.. I am having wicoryl DS.. Can i give that instead of wicoryl and what dose? Also can i give mental p twice.. As she is getting fever between 2 doses also

Hi Sir, I have chronic pancreatitis, I usually take tramazac-p tablet when ever I have pancreatitis pain. I had my first dose of covid vaccination 14 days ago. Since morning I am having the mild pancreatitis pain. Can I use tramazac-p tablet as it is been already 14 days after my vaccination.
