2year old daughter is having fever since last three days, 99 and less and cough and running nose, food intake is very low and milk intake is also low, vomits sometimes, Medicine given is Meftagesic P, Maxtra P, levolin plus, Augmentin DDS, Ondem. please suggest

If child is taking less feeds and looks tired, please do blood and urine tests and review back with reports. The medicines are good but if fever still is there, then we have ti find the cause
