My mother is taking Renosave Forte from long time but was stopped for sometime,now the Nephrologist has again started the medicine. I bought Mucimen P from Jan Aaushadi as all the other medicine are bought from the same pharmacy. Are Renosave Forte and Mucimen P the same?

My son is 2.5 years old, he is suffering from fever. He has been given a dose of 3 ml meftal p , but fever recurred within 5 hours. He showed no improvement with calpol. Is the dose of meftal p correct? His weight is around 11.5 kg. He also felt cold at some time in the day.
