Hi....at this night I got sudden sharp pin pain in my all body...whts the reason?

I m 9 weeks pregnant and my TSH is 3.72 in 9 week can it be affect On pregnancy I m worried pls help I have read it about that it can effect on baby brain development

Discomfort in chest and constipation. Fatigue and little panic attack feeling. Very much sleepy. Always tired. Also little pain while moving chest in few directions. Little heaviness in breathing. Vitamin D deficiency.

My wife is 36 weeks 1 day pregnant. 3 days before she had pain and redness in left eye. There was mild pain travelling from eye to ear to brain. There is no pain now , but the left side face seems to have swollen and dropped. The ete lid seems to have dropped a bit. The left eye takes time to get closed. While drinking it spitting it's difficult. Cannot hold more fluid in mouth. We are very concerned about this sudden development. Please advise. Having stomach pain , did USG they told I have fatty liver had blackish type of stool so did obt came as negative in lft sgopt and other enzyme are slightly increased but I feel an slight pain in abdomen and feel my stomach is little heat all the time ..
