Hi, I have been experiencing irregular periods since 2020 and realised that I have been affected with minor pcod symptoms. Later on I neglected and still facing with the same and heavy lower back pain which is unbearable. Also symptoms of hairloss, excess weight gain, can anyone help me with this.

Hello Doctor, In recent MRI Brain with Contrast I have one cyst in the pineal region of size 1.6*1.3*1.0 cms and another cyst in pituitary gland of size 2-3 mm ( microadenoma ) report attached for reference. I am on Thyroid medication Eltroxin 100 mcg since past 15 years. I underwent emergency LSCS 2.5 years back, at that time only pineal cyst was detected(1.6*1.3*1.0cms). Is this a matter of serious concern? Can it be treated with medication? Symptoms I face: irregular but frequent electric shocks in brain for few secs, sometimes headache, severe tiredness almost all the time. Kindly guide.
