I have high blood pressure, and my doctor prescribed me p500 for headache... but for now p500 is unable at any medicine shop near me... so can i use calpol500 in place of p500 to get some relieve from my headache...

Wanted to ask will it completely be go through surgery i.e acne pits and cutted mark on my face?is there any problem with surgery if I may go through?please suggest.

I've been having a fever for about 3 days. I also have a runny nose and I can't breathe because it is blocked inside. Also i feel something whenever i eat ir drink or even swallow saliva on my throat. I kept drinking a Paracetamol Biogesic to cool down my fever but it doesn't work. I have headache too. But my vision is fine. I get cold easily so i need to cover myself with 4 layers of blankets. What should i take and do?
