Assalamualaikum I recently joined govt medical college doda, i have been experiencing lost of interest in everything since class 11th My weight was decreased suddenly now my arms are very skiny ,very tired everytime head feels very heavy , not able to focus even in namaz, sudden  abdominal pain for around 2 munutes Skin under eyes has become dark Problem with sleep Skin of right , especially thumb,index finger, middle finger been coming off since 7 years and no doctor was able to treat this. Hi, I am suffering from heel pain for one year. It on left side only. It started one week after my second delivery. And the pain is gradually increased. And when I feel pain on my heel, I also feel pain on my left knee or left lower back, on sometimes on both. Whatever it is heel pain or knee pain, or back pain I feel in some points only. If I am not using sandals, the pain is suddenly starting. And usually I am getting pain on evening. What is this problem? What is the treatment?

I had a fall and hurt rib 4 days ago. Today left upper abdomen pain with rebound tenderness. I visited er and small amount of blood showed in urine. I was examined very briefly and not in depthn3 he's later and advised it was referred pain from rib. I am honestly not convinced and still very worried. Not about the rib etc. Please can you advise
