Dear Doctors, My wife had one chemical pregnancy @ week6 and 2nd Time embryonic fetal demise @ week 9. Now She is 29 week's pregnant and doctor suggested take betnesol 12mg of 2 dose in 24 hours is it safe to take ? And will there be any side effects to fetid? And will she still have a chance of normal delivery at EDD? Also, when we did anomaly scan at 21 week her AFI was in lower limit 11cm and there was increased pulstality index in left uterine artery -relative risk for PIH. Then she was prescribed with Argihope capsules and she was also taking aspirin 150mg (from week 12). We repeated the scan @ week 26 and AFI was 15CM Screening for PIH is Negative P 1:1.2 (up to 1.45 Normal) Her HB is 9.3 @29 week. Could you please suggest is it ok to go with betnesol and help to answer above questions. It's my humble request.

So since a week i have tenderness at the area marked. The area encircled in yellow, feels deep ache when touched, but with normal activity its not felt much, and the purple line is angle of mandible, when i keep my finger on it and open close mouth, when the muscle gets rubbed it feels sore. 4-5 weeks back in that side i had my upper wisdom tooth extracted, but after extraction i had taken antibiotics for 5 days. Now, since last week m seeing this. I had visited an ent last week, he prescribed amoxyclav and zerodol p, today the course is over but soreness is still there. Please help me, why is it happening.. i am also doing warm saline water fermentation over that area. Please help. Also note: when i click my ear, there's a kind of sharp pain under the middle of the purple line, is there any pinched nerve or something or pulled muscle?

I'm suffering from ear pain (right side) since last 20 days. Visited my nearby ENTs and come to know there is a funsi ( small wound) and vax in my right ear. In early days, I used cerulin drop only as doc suggested but after 10 days, as my doc suggested, I took 5 days course of Mega CV 625 ( 10 tabs) with Zerodol p followed by cerulin vax drop but no effect in pain. Again visited a renowned ENT specialist 3 days ago who examined my ear and said same (funsi (baaltod) in ear with vax) and prescribed me Swich CV 325 followed by clean vax drop for 5 days. As of now, I have taken its 2 days dose ( total 5 tabs) but no relief still. Pain is getting worse day by day. Really worried now and not sure what to do next. Kindly suggest 🙏

From past one month's I suffer from some heaviness (not pain) in my head.It happened generally left side of my head.left middle portion of my head.Some time right side and back portion also.Heaviness also on my eyebrows side.I mostly study on laptop.That why I thing this happen due to my eye.So I consult a eye doctor,he check my eye and said everything ok in your eye.No problem in your eye.6/6 and 6/9 is ok.They suggest me a Anti glare glass for my eye and 2 Eye drops one is TEARFRESS AND M-KET.and one multivitamin-MEGA-4. After that I also consult a General Doctor they suggest me medicine like 1)AMICLAV 625 2)RABAZE-DSR 3)VORIL-MID 4)LUCET-M 5)ARNAC-P But no effect on my Head. Generally Heaviness occur on just above my eye and left middle portion of head.It low to mild. Please suggest me..

My mummy  is covid positive. She was having fever frm 24th April.Got the postive report on 27th April. She was having fever from 24th till 29th.No taste no smell.Now she is not having fever.But she is feeling very weak from inside and she is coughing alot. Medicine which she is taking is Doxt Sl -twice day for 10days Ivermectin - one tablet after lunch for 5days P 650 - thrice after meal for 5days Limcee 500 twice after food Zincovit - one tablet after food Monticope - one tablet after dinner for 10days Dilo DX - 2tsp twice after food Steam Inhalation thrice and gargle thrice day Oxygen level is 97 Even M positive but I am worried for my mummy because her ct value is 12.1 and she is coughing  and having lots of weakness.Her age is 53 and she is  having high bp for that she takes Nebi 5mg daily. I am an existing patient of rheumatoid arthritis, consuming Saaz DS and Nucoxia 120 as and when needed. I am having pain on my neck, back and leg (calf) and from last 4 days it's quite severe. Saaz ds and Nucoxia 120 not giving much relief. Visited a general physician, he prescribed Etrik MR, Hifenac P. They gave relief for only one day. Now I have reached out to a physiotherapist, he did some therapy and exercise and has suggested Tab Myoril 8 MG.. The pain is causing me unable to sit and work on my laptop, as there is sudden increase in pain and it feels like I am gonna faint at any time. Pain starts from back of my ear, through my neck and flow towards my back and leg.. Please advise if I need to reach out to orthopedic or rheumatologist or if I am getting the correct treatment. How much time would it take for the treatment?

Hi my father is 66 yrs old. He is suffering from extreme fatigue & body (joints pain) from past more than one week now. We visited General physician & blood tests were carried out. CBC is normal, LFT,KFT & Thyroid is normal, His Hba1c was 6.4 and all values of Cholestrol was high and Iron level was 45 (Only 3 values were Abnormal). Later he had lost his appetite and was having pain below right chest so we consulted Gastroenterologist who did USG scan abdomen & pelvis which was normal except for slight increase of liver size. Later he carried out endoscopy in which he found one small gastric ulcer. He has been taking multiple medicines like dolo, hifenac p, gastric tablet, Cholestrol tablet, BP Tablet, Metaformin for sugar, gastric tablet and syrup for ulcer etc. But still his extreme fatigue and joint pains continue. Not knowing wat to do. Pls advise

Myself 36 yrs male with no physical ailments. I am a working professional, i am married and have 2 kids. Before i ask my queries, some points to share about myself: 1. don't feel like following normal daily routine like going office, meeting people, socializing etc 2. love it when i am alone and when there is no noise around. Even the smallest sound disturb me 3. Sometimes feel loving and caring towards others and sometimes i feel hatred for everyone 4. I love watching movies (especially thriller, suspense genre). Also i like watching p*rn for hours 5. I feel addicted to net surfing, watching motivational videos but doing nothing 6. I feel like achieving without putting efforts 7. I hate complex job and like to do simple things 8. I don't feel like learning anything new. If i try, i don't remember What exactly am i going through and how can i overcome this. What should I do immediately? Should i stop watching movies? Is my brain capacity reducing ? Please advise with details 🙏
