My 3 year old child admitted to hospital with high fever.there Dr.said she had feveraile convulsion and than he suggested me to do MRI ,eeg,chest xray,sonography.all reports were normal except MRI. CSF was found abnormal in that report.she has talking problem.she just say words not sentences. And her development and understanding skill is not sooo good.she is in play grou p while in this age children study in nursary.she says mamma papa daadi daddy fan apple... But not a sentence like "mama ye chahiye"or bhookh lgi h.

I have apparently a 24 day period cycle. I got transferred in jan & had taken lot of stress however the period was on time but faint. Last month it came on 7th, i had immense pain so i took 1 meftal tab but did not even bled for 1 day. This month it was due on 5th but yet im 3 days late and no sign of bleeding. I started running from this month and have started loosing immense hair. My thyroid level is normal, known from the tests done in October . Also, i took 3 p-stick test all with early morning urine and all of them shows negative. Pls help me sort out the problem.

Sir, I had malaria (P. vivax) in September. After completing the treatment, I was tested again, and the results showed that the malaria was negative and my RBC count was normal. However, I continued to experience significant dizziness and a sensation of internal body vibrations, similar to shivering. Around November, I also developed a persistent cough. I became concerned and consulted a doctor. A chest X-ray was done, and it came back normal. The doctor suspected sinusitis and prescribed medications including levocetirizine, antibiotics, and a nasal spray. I took them for about 15 days, and the cough improved somewhat but did not completely go away, so I eventually stopped the medications. Now it has been about 7–8 months, and I still produce mucus/phlegm regularly. I spit out mucus around 15–30 times a day. I often feel that the mucus is draining from my nose into my throat and then into my mouth. Yesterday, I noticed blood in my sputum/phlegm, including a small clot-like structure

My baby was born on 16 May 2025 and is currently about 1 year old. Since infancy, we have been giving the following supplements daily as advised earlier: - D3 Must – 1 ml once daily - Gemcal P – 1 ml once daily - A To Z NS – 1 ml once daily He is also taking NAN PRO 3 formula milk according to his age. Could you please advise: 1. Should we continue all these supplements at his current age? 2. If yes, what should be the appropriate dosage based on his age and weight? 3. Are all three supplements still necessary if he is taking formula milk and regular foods? 4. Is there any risk of excess vitamins or calcium if these are continued long-term? About 2 months ago I had a cold. The cold went away, but the tickling cough in my throat remained. Recently I consulted a doctor. The doctor prescribed Clavam 625 (1-1-1 for 5 days) and Ambroxol syrup 5 ml (1-1-1 for 5 days). After taking these medicines, the cough became somewhat lighter than before, but it still occurs sometimes—for example after eating or when cold air hits my throat. It is mainly a tickling or irritating feeling in the throat. Then I visited the doctor again. The doctor prescribed Levocetirizine 5 mg (one tablet at bedtime for 10 days). Along with that I am also taking Phensedyl DX cough syrup. However, the tickling cough is not going away. My chest X-ray (P/A view) is normal and there is no other problem—only this throat irritation and cough. Please suggest some medicine.

When I was achild Igrew up in grandma village,first we had neighbors who we know have a flat to a family who's son was studying in the nearest college, his mother was nice to everyone and had lot friends around, so whenever his mothers not home , he used to come to my house take me and to grandma and my mom that I going play with her and take me to his house to have sex with me .Second was someone of our village his family sells fishes to everyone in the village we study in the same school , we had a small bus so the bus is crowded he always pulls me , and make me sit on his lap and put his p in me and sometimes he used to take me to the nearest temple and used to have sex with me . Third was also from the same village as me this happened when I was in my 3 class and he used black mail me saying I will tell you family about this so you better have sex me and he used to take to the same temple and gave sex with me. Frm 29aug havng feverad little cough,on 1sept 103°fever, 1sept- CBC test normal,urine test- URINE PUS CELLS(10-12),URINE RBC(2-4).Cough nt gng till.5sept-102° fever, ULRASOUND done- IMPRESSION-- FEW SUBCENTIMETER SIZED TO MILDY ENLARGED MESENTERIC LYMPHNODES IN RIF,WITH FEW OF THEM SHOW SUSPICIOUS INTERNAL NECROSIS P/O INFECTIVE ETIOLOGY. INTERNAL ECHOES WITHIN URINARY BLADDER. Doctor said infection is there, taking FLOTRAL 10MG(NIGHT),PARACETAMOL500MG,OFLOXACIN+ORNIDAZOLE(two times),RABAPRAZOLE(EMPTY) But my fever is coming n going even after taking paracetaml(100-100.2°) Abdominal pain and so much cough. I google symptoms it shos cancer,TB,HIV. Please help me. Why am not getting better. From 9 days am hving fever, coming and going. And cough increased also.

My son,aged 3 years has been suffering from fever since yesterday mrng...the fever is very high going upto 103.5..we gave p-250 syrup till yesterday evng ...This is 4 th time in a month...10 days back  local doctor advised 4 to 5 blood tests,urine test including dengue test...everything found to be normal.yesterday At around 8pm..my son complained about pain near neck..I observed it and found swelling there..we hurried to a nearby doctor fearing it to be mumps...he gave some medicines and asked to use for 3 days..he didn't conclude it to be mumps or tonsils..we are very much worried about his health...falling continuously ill..becoming weak and uninterested to eat food...plz advise us ...what to do and what could be reason for this illness...till 2 months back..he is absolutely fine..what happened to my son..plz help..

My 3 year old cousin had developed fever a month ago. When it didn't reduce after 5 days, doctor prescribed antibiotics and gave hemoglobin test. The test indicated hb levels around 4.6. Seeing that, the child was admitted to hospital and given drips and due to low hb, given 4 units of blood too. Urine test indicated urine infection also. After a week or so, child was asked to review with CBC report. The CBC report came as follows : WBC 2.7 LYM 2.2 MID 0.3 GRA 0.2 HGB 9.4 MCH 29 MCHC 33.1 RBC 3.26 MCV 87.4 HCT 28.5 RDW 24.4 Platelet 17k MPV/PDW/PCT/P-LC: nil. They are from remote place. Doctors are not able to diagnose anything properly. Kindly give your valuable insights on this case.
