Hi, my son who is 2.5yrs old is suffering from cold and runny nose. Can I give him maxtra drops? Is it maxtra drops or maxtra P drops? On maxtra drops it is written it is not for children below 4 years. Please advise. Thank you

Fever for 3 days
Kid is having fever since 3 days, recurring almost every 6 hours.He has been vomiting for the past two days, but today there are no episodes of vomiting, but the fever keeps coming, giving medicine for fever. Mephtol P as suggested by doctor.

I took dronis p but there is no period.i took a pregnancy test,it was negative,then I started femilon as per doctor advice but there is no period till now.now I vomiting a lot ,2 months I haven't period.is there a chance of pregnancy?
