Earlier my urine was foamy, also there was a protein trace in my earlier urine report so I did some urine tests USG A+P, microalbumin etc, I have attached my reports, could anyone help me with the reports to understand if everything is okay?

Hi in my CBC test my PCV came at 38.7 basophiles came at 0.01, Mean platelet volume came at 8.6, P LCR came at 17.2. kindly suggest is it worrisome or not a major problem ?
