11months old baby fever for 3days
My baby have fever for last 3days, given P120 and Meftal P , still temperature is 100.4 or 99.8 it's showing. Taken blood test and CRP test CRP is 1.12 My baby gets any infection ? What is the next step please guide me

it appears be viral fever. whenever fever is not improving with paracetamol you will have to see if the dosage of the medicine is given according to the weight of the child or not and if the power of the paracetamol is proper. also if the medicine is older than one month after opening then better to buy a new bottle. you have to give paracetamol and also do body sponge and keep the child in cotton clothes. after 2 hours of paracetamol if the fever is is not improving then you can go for higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p. paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day.

Seems a viral fever. Keep giving paracetamol if armpit temp more than 99.5. Meftal p not required unless high fever (> 102 deg)
