My baby is 45days old received 6weeks vaccination.. for fever p120 (120mg/5ml)what is the dosage ..can I give it to below 2months baby..

Yes you can give paracetamol below 2 months also... Dose for your baby will be approximately 2-2.5 ml three times a day... For 1 day and after that whenever there is fever..

What is the weight of the baby ? .dose depends on the weight of the child .
If your baby is 4 kgs for example - syp p 120 - 2.5 ml is to be given .
