My son is 1.6 years old...he has taken 2 doses of MR vaccine by the govt. Do I still need to take MMR vaccine at the hospital?? Pls advice

My wife has muscle spasm / stiffness and pain. She is on breastfeeding of 9 months baby girl. Can she take Dan MR ( Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Chlorzoxazone.) Tablet ? I mean is it safe to take Dan MR while breastfeeding? We are new parents so little bit anxious. So i thought I should ask Expert who is pediatrician doctor. Hello Doctor, Our pediatrician suggested to take only MMR-2 Vaccine but not MR-2 vaccine from government. But previously my child got MR -1 vaccine from govt but not MMR-1. Is it fine to take MMR-2 now but not MR-2? What's the difference between MR and MMR? Please suggest. Thank you.

My kids age 9 months now. For kids in 10th month..In Government healthcareCenter they are giving PCV booster and MR1 vaccines. But in private hospital they are giving MMR vaccine. Here my doubt is once we take PCV booster in government center, with out taking MR there same day can we go to private hospital to take MMR vacation ?

My echo report found. AMl proplepsed. Trivial MR LVEF 60% No RWMA No vegetation/clot Normal valvular echoes and chamber size. Mild TR No PAH. Final diagnosis. Mitral valve prolapse grade1 TRIVIAL MR. My question is this. Any problem with my heart and is this curable permanently or not. ECG normal TMT test negative.
