Hello doctors 2 months back I have done 2d echo everything was normal but this time again I have done 2d echo in which it showed MVP,Trivial mr why in 2 months this change what would be the cause

Routine checkup doctor detect murmur & echo done everything comes normal except MR trace - mild .. is this is the reason of heart murmur? But doc says it's normal but still he again detect heart murmur after 5 months..

I have mild mvp with grade 1 MR ,EF -60 percentage I have anxiety symptoms .i feel panic in stressful situations sometimes chest pain also I have some stretchy skin on my face and my wrist is small. Is there any syndrome (like marfan or eds)or connective tissue disorders?

On behalf of my husband prescription I am asking this question . He got prescribed Zeredol me and we we are finding an equivalent medicine in USA . Will ibuprofen 800 mg will be a substitute for Zeredol Mr ? Please advise
