HI DOCTOR I GOT UTI ON JAN 4 2021 AND EARLIER I SUFFERED FROM MUSHY STOOLS FOR 25 DAYS. I HAVE USED SOME RESISTANCE MEDICINE FOR 1 MONTH AND I DON'T FIND ANY DECREASE IN SYMPTOMS INSTEAD I FOUND IT WENT DEEP.(chalvunicacid) I STARTED USING NORFLOX FOR THE NEXT MONTH SO THAT I HAVE SEEN SOME RESULTS AND SEVERE PAIN GOT REDUCED TO MINUTE PAIN. FOR THE REMAINING MONTHS I STOOD CALM FOR SOME DAYS AND FOUND THE SYMPTOMS ARE NOT RESOLVING AND AGAIN DOCTOR PRESCRIBED ME ALFOO,NIFTAS AFTER USING THESE IN THIRD MONTH I FOUND THAT THIS IS WORKING BUT AFTER THAT THE SENSATIONS STARTED SLOWLY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY CASE TESTS: URINE CULTURE- ECOLI 10^5 ON JAN 10 URINE ANALYSIS-NORMAL ULTRASOUND- NORMAL ON FEB 12 URINE CULTURE-NO BACTERIA FOUND ON MARCH 16 ULTRASOUND-BLADDEER GOT THICKENED AND CYSTITIS CHANGES ON 25TH APRIL KUB- PRE VOID 380CC AND POST VOID 20CC

I have urine start problem and frequently urine also, slow | urine flow. i done all testers but not found any problem, left & right kidney normal. Urinary Bladder is adequately distended. Urinary Bladder wall show normal thinkness. No mass or calculus is seen. Prostate is normal in size & show normal echo texture. urine examination and culture is normal. no pyogenic organism grown after 48 hours of aerobic incubation. But i have problems of urine start urination (1-2 mins to start) (feel like some thing to stop to passing urine) and frequently urination that last 2-3 months. Medicine but not improvement flodart 0.4 for 15 days, alfoo for 5 days. homeopathy medicine for 7 days cantharis 30, nus vomica 30 - 2 time for 5 drop.but not improvement. Please Give me bestest medicine.

I am 41 years old man. I am having following health problems . Headache on the left side, slight numbness, lightheadedness. Chest pricking pain. Pain comes goes. Pain weakness in left and right arm. Sometimes shoulder pain. Stomach burning sensation. Urine track blockage, Uroflow problem and ED. I am told that thereis  GERD problem from January 19. Endoscopy done report fine. Taking medicine PPIs from January 19 till date. No big relief. Last couple of months Urologist found I have kidney stone gave me Dynaperes 0.4mg and now medicine Alfoo 10mg. Still urine flow not good, urine hesitancy and ED problem. For High BP I have been given Concor5mg by Cardiologist. Daily having Cetrizen for urticaria,  insomnia taking Inzofresh 10mg. What is my health problem?

Dear Doctor, I have acid reflux problem. Taking GERD medicine PPIs from January 2019. Endoscopy done on 31st January 19 report is fine. Gastroenterologist consulted. I am having chest pain, stomach burning sensation, left and right arm pain or weakness, slight headache on left side.👈 Consulted Senior Cardiologist did ECG in September 19. Echocardiogram done in July 2019. Report is fine. I am repeatedly getting chest pain, left or right arm pain weakness, headache for the past 1 month.  Same symptoms even few months ago. My fear it should not be heart.🤔 Is Angio required? I am 41 years old unmarried male. 104kg in weight. Taking medicine for GERD, Asthma, kidney stone Alfoo, Urticaria. No BP No sugar. What could be my health problem? Please explain!👈

I had taken one yr alpha blocker like alfuzosin and in between before 10 silodal 4mg due to slow urine flow. Now, I have stopped taking this medicines from 15 days and 1.one of the problem which i saw was related to ejaculation is that after masterbating i feel little burning inside penis or 2-3 times i have to urinate after masterbating.  2.2nd thing which i saw was that the speed of ejaculation or semen speed coming out has decreased. 3.So can there be low sperm production due to this medicines for life time  or can this medicine affect permenantly to prostate or any ejaculation issue for life long? 4.Also, I feel sudden lower back pain after masterbating just once, and then fatigue whole day and i feel weakness after erection. Now i used to masterbate everyday, and now with one masterbating i am having this problem. So, my question is what is this problem that I am having and should i wait for 15-20days to be back to normal or this can be lifelong due to this Alfoo alphablocker???

Hello, For last one year or so I've been having mild back pain and numbness in my left outer thigh. Numbness got aggravated since last two months and so did lower back pain. I did my spine MRI. A month ago I started having urinary problems. Frequent urination, weak urine stream, low urine output, retrograde ejaculation. I did ultrasound abdomen and pelvic region. It mentioned changes of cystitis. I did my PSA (Total PSA: 2.21,  Free PSA 0.885, Ratio: 40%). I did my prostate MRI to put my mind at ease. It showed PIRADS-2 grade lesion and changes of prostatitis. I took antibiotics and now on Alfoo tablet. Orthopedic doctor says that my spine MRI is not very concerning and back pain can be because of prostatitis. Urologist says back pain is not caused by prostatitis. Why is it that even after a month I am still having urinary issues? What is the exact cause of the back pain? Could it be something serious like prostate CA? I am worried. Dear Doctor, I have fever of 100F to 101F for the past 2 days. I don't know Why? I have slight cold. I am 41 years old unmarried. I take medicine for GERD problem PPI for the past 9 months. Endoscopy done in January 19 report is fine.👈 I have repeatitve Kidney stone formation for the past 2 months, USG abdomen scan done twice with in a month, it shows 3mm kidney stone, kidney block causing kidney to swell a little.Urologist gave Dynaperes 0.4mg, then Alfoo 10mg. I have Asthma taking medicine Montek AB Formoflo 250mg inhaler and Asthalin Rotohaler. I have uritcaria was taking Cetrizen 10mg and now Okacet 5 mg. I have insomnia taking Inzofresh tablet 10mg. For high heartbeat, Chest pain taking medicine Inderla 20 mg given by Cardiologist for the past 5 days.👈 My 2DEchocardiogram is mostly fine. Cardiologist advised Angiography, but I don't want to do it. I may go for Heart CT scan with dye. I fear dye must not cause urticaria! These are the health problems and medicine taken by me.

Dear Doctor, I have raised heart beat of 101 to 135, for the past 1 day. I have 101 degrees fever. Passing more urine at night. What could be the reason for heart beat to increase at rest for the past 1 day? I had Coldact for cold fever yesterday night. Cardiologist suggested Angiography. I am frightened to do Angiography can I do Heart CT scan with dye? I have uritcaria and kidney stone. I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am 104kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inches height. Kidney stone, Urologist given me Alfoo 10mg, having for the past few days. Cetrizen medicine for urticaria. Inzofresh tablet for no sleep. I went for TMT but could not do it due high heart beat 125 on walking for half second. Cardiologist has given me medicine Inderla 20 mg now. Please advise.

Hi i m 34 yrs male and having following issues burning sensation like fire below penis to anus area, frequent urge to urinate and lower back pain. Recently diagnosed with ecoli bacteria in semen culture after which doctor prescribed amikacin injection 500 mg x 5 days and 2 weeks of bacstol 200 out of which injection course and 10 days of bacstol completed. But only urine stream improve rest all symptoms persist problem since last 90 days consult various urologist. Urine culture and routine normal, usg kub normal, xray kub normal, hba1c 5.4, uroflowmetry normal, kft normal. Please advise. Medicine already taken alfoo, mirabig, mira s, roliten, modula, urispas, nucoxia and homeopathy Sabal serrulata Q + Hydrangea Q + Benzoic acid Q - 8 drops each 2 times from last 5 days Cantharis 30 - 2 drop direct on toungue.

It's been a month since my symptoms like Gas/acidity in stomach and frequent urination with burning sensation after urination started. I sought consultation here from a Urologist he gave me medicines for UTI like Niftas, Pan D,Mirabig25,alfoo for 5 to 7 days & Ston1 b6 for 14 days. As per his prescription I did tests r/m and culture sensitivity of urine & reports came as normal.I let him know and completed my medicines course as he said.My frequent urination and persistent burning sensation reduced to a large extent after a week. Although reduced I still have burning sensation in my Urinary tract especially anterior of penis after I pee after Lunch & dinner or if I don't drink water continuously.I drink nearly 5 litres of water every day. Also I still have the stomach problems & my stool is soft with more water content than normal.I can't eat food in normal quantity as I used to do before. I don't know what should I do now. Also I can't see a doctor here due to Covid situation.Help me!
