What is my health problem? Problem?

I am 41 years old man. I am having following health problems . Headache on the left side, slight numbness, lightheadedness. Chest pricking pain. Pain comes goes. Pain weakness in left and right arm. Sometimes shoulder pain. Stomach burning sensation. Urine track blockage, Uroflow problem and ED. I am told that thereis  GERD problem from January 19. Endoscopy done report fine. Taking medicine PPIs from January 19 till date. No big relief. Last couple of months Urologist found I have kidney stone gave me Dynaperes 0.4mg and now medicine Alfoo 10mg. Still urine flow not good, urine hesitancy and ED problem. For High BP I have been given Concor5mg by Cardiologist. Daily having Cetrizen for urticaria,  insomnia taking Inzofresh 10mg. What is my health problem?
